Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Retail Sales Representative

to join our team in Moncton, NB. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a keen interest in building materials and construction products. You will play a key role in supporting our clients, processing orders, and maintaining positive relationships with contractors, builders, and walk-in customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Provide product knowledge, technical information, and support to customers. Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and coordinate delivery or pickup. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock organization. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Stay current with product offerings, pricing, and industry trends. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively. Participate in showroom maintenance and merchandising.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales, business, or construction is an asset. 7 Months - 1 year of retail or customer service experience; experience in the building materials or construction industry is a strong advantage. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read blueprints and understand construction terminology (preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or POS systems is a plus. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse/showroom environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.43-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
