Retail Sales Associate - Luxury Jewellery & Watches

What You'll Do:

Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a personalized shopping experience. Assist clients in selecting exquisite jewellery and premium watches that match their style, occasion, and budget. Share expert knowledge about gemstones, precious metals, and luxury watch brands to educate and inspire customers. Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of integrity. Build long-term relationships with clients through outstanding service and follow-ups. Maintain a visually stunning store by organizing displays and ensuring products are presented beautifully. Stay up to date on the latest trends in jewellery and horology to provide insightful recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

A passion for luxury retail, fashion, or fine jewellery. Previous sales or customer service experience (experience in jewellery/watches is a plus!). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create meaningful connections. A proactive and results-driven attitude with a desire to exceed sales goals. Attention to detail and ability to handle high-value transactions with care. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
