We're looking for motivated individuals who excel in a fast-paced, challenging work environment and are passionate about top-notch customer service. This is a part-time role, ideal for students, working 12 - 14 hours each week.

About the Role

Our Retail Sales Associate provides prompt courteous and efficient service to customers, advising them on appropriate merchandise and related items and ticketing and replenishing merchandise; cycle counting, general housekeeping of shelves, loss prevention, merchandising, restocking and staying current with trends in the industry related to his/her product/section of the store.

What We Need From You

Customer Service Experience Ability to Lift 50 Pounds Ability to be on your feet all day (walk/stand) Point Of Sale System Experience - nice to have but we're happy to train! Retail Background nice to have, not required Ability to Work Holidays and Weekends Above and Beyond Customer Service Attitude Responsible and Dependable Excellent Communication Skills Willing to Continually Learn Product Knowledge
