Retail Sales Office Admin

Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on experienced office admin to oversee our retail operations, purchasing and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of retail management, and the ability to foster a positive team environment. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets across all categories.

Responsibilities



Manage daily retail operations. Oversee inventory management, including purchasing, stocking, and inventory control. Ensure slow moving inventory is marked down and cleared. Ensure items on promotions are clearly marked and are visible to customers. Develop staff to enhance team performance and ensure high levels of customer service. Ensuring a clean and welcoming retail environment. Maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation to enhance the shopping experience. Ensure Merchandising displays are changed regularly, and prices are clearly posted. Ensure POS system is properly set up and efficient for quick check outs. Help grow online sales presence and website.

Requirements:



Proven experience in retail with a strong focus on sales and customer service. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, and training. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. Proficient in POS systems and cash handling procedures. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in front store operations is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with a focus on interpersonal interactions.

Pay: $41,920.21-$49,998.87 per year
