Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately. Upsell products by understanding customer preferences and suggesting complementary items. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and restocking shelves. Provide technical sales support by answering questions about product specifications and compatibility. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred. Strong cashiering skills with experience in cash handling and POS systems. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Ability to engage customers effectively with strong communication skills. A keen interest in technology sales or experience with technical products is advantageous.
