Duties

Manage daily operations including inventory control, merchandising, and store presentation. Maintain inventory management systems to track stock levels and assist with purchasing decisions. Implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and promote store initiatives. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in retail management is essential. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, merchandising, and sales management. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management and administrative tasks. Strong communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
