Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them in finding items that meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer's understanding of the products. You must get to know our products and learn about different fabrics and styles.. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling credit card transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies As directed by store manager. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance overall performance. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed during shifts, including restocking shelves and organizing inventory as directed. Utilize phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with sales is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining an efficient work environment. Basic math skills are required for handling transactions accurately and effectively. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
