Job Description
Urban Trend is looking for a motivated individual to join our team.
Greet Customers and inform them about promotional offers/ deals storewide.
Provide advice and suggestions to customers on product selection, suggesting accessories to go with an outfit.
Maintain Knowledge about new trends and styling of clothing, provide appropriate suggestions and information about product pricing and availability.
Lead customer through entire purchasing procedure and process cash out using debit/credit terminal.
Merchandise Clothing/Accessories on the floor to create an easy to shop environment for customers in accessible manner.
Customer service driven, Must be professional in appearance and manner.
Strong Merchandising skills.
Respond to and handle customer issues by using good judgements and logic in solving problems
Requirements/Eligibility
Completion of Secondary School. Minimum 1 year of work experience as Clothing Salesperson. Strong interpersonal and Excellent English reading and writing skills. Must be available to work throughout the year on Weekdays/Weekends/Holidays. Must enjoy working in fast paced and team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.94 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
