We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, assist them in selecting products, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience with Shopify platform, creating and managing products, marketing, and analytics.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding. Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display through effective merchandising techniques. Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom areas. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall performance.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Experience in retail sales with a focus on technology or technical sales preferred. Proficient in product demos, showcasing features effectively to potential customers. Familiarity with cashiering duties, including cash handling and POS operation. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients. Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple tasks in a busy environment. Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy and store presentation. Phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries over the phone professionally.
