Colour Sense is an independently owned Benjamin Moore dealer, we currently have 4 retail locations including Markham, Richmond Hill and 2 in North York (you will be required to be flexible and be able to work at the different locations). Your role and responsibilities:

• Learn the business on the front lines serving customers and building relationships with our clients
• Flexible to work all scheduled hours, your work hours will be based on business needs (including weekends)
• Provide advice to customers on various products and applications
• Exceptional listening skills and able to empathize customer\'s needs
• Tint, mix and colour match paint by following correct formulas
• Assist with merchandising and setting up displays for promotions
• Able to operate basic software including Point of Sales, Microsoft Word, Excel Spreadsheet, etc.
• Responsible for store\'s cleanliness, organization and ensuring merchandise is well stocked
• Responsible to process incoming, outgoing and online paint orders efficiently
• Actively taking on more responsibilities, initiatives and self driven to grow

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Bilingual: English (mandatory). Chinese or Farsi speaking is an asset
