Sales Associate/Fit Specialist

flexible to work at its two locations:

2950 Granville St, Vancouver, BC

103 E 12th St, North Vancouver, BC

is a boutique that specializes in providing first-class bra fittings and gorgeous merchandise to our guests and provide them with the ultimate customer experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a member of our sales team, you will be expected to:

Learn and obtain comprehensive knowledge of the products we carry. Complete our training program in delivering the "Diane's Fit" experience. Provide excellence customer service to different types of customers. Work with our database to develop customer relationships. Process customer transactions and special orders through our POS system. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals. Assist with inventory management and replenishment. Follow store procedures and checklists.

Qualifications and Skills

Retail experience with proven success in achieving sales goals POS and cash handling experience Excellent command of the English language (fluency in a second language an asset) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to be empathetic to all customers Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Flexibility with schedule including weekend work

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
