Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers through product demos
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to conduct product demos and explain technical features to customers
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customer base
- Knowledge of technology products and ability to sell them is an advantage
