Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs. Engage in effective communication to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a cohesive work environment.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred but not required. Proficiency in phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally. Ability to perform product demonstrations and effectively explain product benefits. Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation standards. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
