POSITION SUMMARY

The role of a retail sales associate at The Seven Eighty is to build connections with customers while maintaining friendly and positive vibes for everyone! We are looking for intelligent individuals with a good work ethic to join or team! Experience is not required, however, willingness to learn is. We work hard to create a fun and positive environment for everyone to thrive and grow.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 16 years of age Must have reliable transportation. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues using written and spoken English language skills A customer focused attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment A passion for selling and improving customer experience Ability to create a vibe that others will feel comfortable with Able to have fun while still being productive and focused! Willingness to learn Ability to follow direction Open availability. Monday to Saturday 10am to 8pm. Sundays 11am to 6pm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide accurate, timely, and excellent customer service. Maintain inventory levels in accordance with established procedures. Work with the rest of the team to maintain a positive work environment. Building connections with customers Completing daily, weekly, and month task lists Keeping the store tidy, and visibly attractive to customers Receive product from our vendors or from our other locations, and these items being put out in a timely manner.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
