Hours of Work: 25-40 hours/week with every second weekend off.

Hours of Operation: 10am-9 pm & Sundays Noon-9pm

This is an excellent opportunity for a university student or an individual seeking a part-time or full time position of 25-40 hrs/week that has a huge variety of responsibilities so you will never be bored!. In this role you will interact with our others stores to discuss products, promotions, marketing trends etc. across the country. This position is so much more than just a retail sales associate for the right individual. We offer above average compensation.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Greeting and engaging customers while educating them on products and features Requires a good understanding of vaping industry with a strong focus on learning and remembering large inventory selections. We have a huge inventory for this role to learn and understand. Close sales on products, e-juices and accessories Maintain organized displays, stock with inventory, receiving product and periodic inventory counts. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment Responsible for digital marketing campaigns, social media updates, merchandising displays Responsible for Opening/Closing procedures for the store if your shift is during those times. Stocking and merchandising product including scheduled inventory counts Handle & safeguard cash/inventory Customer resolution skills Keep updated and educated on the reviews/comments/concerns expressed on line about any Brand/Product our location carries in order to address those comments from customers. This action item is to be done during "quieter" periods in the store and is considered to be a key part of this position.

Mandatory Skills Required

:

Professional attitude towards customer service with a proven track record working in retail, hospitality or other service industries Mathematical aptitude and computer skills are mandatory A good understanding of vaping at the beginner level is fine if you demonstrate the ability to learn

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
