Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical specifications effectively Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the store is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising efforts Support promotional activities and participate in product knowledge training sessions

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or merchandising preferred Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities Bilingual skills (English required; additional languages are a plus) Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for transactions Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features effectively Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and store presentation Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts Previous experience in technology sales or technical sales is advantageous but not required
