The Essence:

The position is for a full-time store team member to help our customers get outfitted with the equipment and clothing they need to get after their dream outdoor pursuits, including, but not limited to, ski touring, camping, running, paddling and climbing. You should be knowledgeable about the design and purpose of outdoor equipment, with some personal experience backing this up. We need someone who is personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and keen to learn.
The Requirements:

Must have accommodation in Whistler. No staff housing is offered with the position. Previous retail or outdoor industry experience is valued but not required. Working weekends and holidays may be required.

Hourly wage starts at $21.50 and is reviewed seasonally
