The Perfect Candidate:

Must be customer driven, outgoing and engaging Positive attitude, reliable, and a great work ethic Enjoy a fast paced, high sales volume atmosphere Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently and with others Reliable team member who genuinely cares about their work and team

Requirements:

Customer service experience Excellent interpersonal skills, and a friendly positive attitude with the ability to provide unsurpassed customer service Can determine customer needs and enjoys making recommendations Ability to safely lift 30 lbs and move throughout the sales floor

Responsibilities Include:

Excellent Customer Service - engaging with guests, offering suggestions, friendly upbeat demeanor and always willing to go the extra mile Perform opening and closing duties of the store Perform sales transactions including refunds and exchanges Recommend merchandise based on customer needs, promote, and sell products. Deliver results in their role to contribute to store success Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices Assist other store employees and provide unsurpassed customer service
