We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Conduct product demos and explain features to enhance customer understanding Engage in upselling to promote additional products and increase sales Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Demonstrate effective communication skills, including phone etiquette, to support customer interactions Utilize organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods Assist with inventory management and merchandising tasks as needed Lift 35lbs + Available for on-call shifts

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales would be preferred Strong communication skills in English Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities Ability to conduct product demos confidently and effectively Experience with upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional customer interactions

Pay: From $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
