Espresso Dolce has been serving coffee lovers across Canada for over 20 years. Based in Vancouver, we specialize in high-quality espresso machines, grinders, and accessories. We're the exclusive Canadian distributor for several world-class brands, and we also provide service, support, and training. Our goal is simple: to bring the cafe experience into homes and offices across Canada.

We're looking for a friendly and motivated Front of House Staff member to join the team at Espresso Dolce. If you enjoy working with people, love coffee, and want to be part of a fast-paced retail environment, this could be a great fit for you!

In this role, you'll be helping customers with their espresso machine purchases (mostly residential models), answering phone calls and emails, assisting with point-of-sale transactions, and making sure customers are connected to the right people within our company.

What You'll Do

Welcome and assist customers in-store with sales and product questions. Answer phone calls and emails, and forward them to the right department or contact. Support with point-of-sale transactions. Help with product demonstrations and customer orders. Keep the front area organized and professional.

What We're Looking For

Experience in sales or customer service is a must. Knowledge of coffee and espresso machines is an asset. Great communication skills - both in person and over the phone/email. Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries. Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash registers. Reliable, punctual, able to work independently and as part of a team.
