As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to indulge customers with our delectable chocolates and contribute to creating a delightful and memorable shopping experience.What you\'ll do is listed below, but not limited to :* Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing product information and recommendations. offer them a sample.* Serve customers and package purchases in a pleasant and efficient manner.* Exhibit high level of product knowledge to assist customers.* Replenish supplies and rotate products in the display counter. First In / First out.* Clean counters, work tables, trays and equipment and maintain a clean and organized store environment.* Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our Shopify POS system.* Processing incoming inventory, processing online order for pick up, processing fountain rentals* Opening and closing duties.* Communicate customer inquiries to management.* Direct potential corporate or wholesale customers to the sales team.* Contribute to a positive team environment which values high quality standards, positive attitudes, and having fun while working hard.Job Requirements:* 1-year retail sales experience required.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.* Possess a mature, confident, pleasant and respectful manner.* Customer service oriented and able to make good business decisions.* Able to work under minimal supervision.* Able to work in fast-paced environment and be a good motivator - team spirit is important.* Experience working with food is an asset.* Experience with Shopify POS system would be an asset.* Must be available to work weekdays and weekends. Market hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. seven days / week.* An eye for detail, good leadership skills, and the ability to take initiative.* 3 paid training shifts will be provided.Job Type: Part-timeSalary: From $19.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 - 30 per weekBenefits:
