Retail Sales Representative

to join our dynamic team!

What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy Make outbound sales calls to leads who've shown interest in our products Greet and assist customers in our showroom - conduct engaging product demonstrations Educate customers on the benefits and features of our sleep & wellness products Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom and manage inventory Collaborate with remote colleagues to support customers and close sales Open and close the showroom punctually and responsibly Build trust with every interaction - with kindness, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset

What You Bring

Strong face-to-face and phone-based sales experience Confidence in explaining product features and overcoming objections Friendly, positive, and mature demeanor with a natural ability to build rapport Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools (InfusionSoft experience a plus)Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a remote team Available for showroom hours, including some evenings and weekends

COMPENSATION

$60,000 - $70,000 per year Hourly wage, PLUS Commissions, PLUS Sales Incentives & Competitions!

SCHEDULE

Full-Time, 8 hour shift: 10am - 4:30 pm 4-6 days / week: Weekdays and Weekends

EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years in a Sales Role Furniture or Mattress Sales (Preferred)
