About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position starts part-time, with flexible hours and the opportunity to expand as our business grows.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in-store and online with product inquiries and purchases
Process orders accurately through our online system and at the retail counter
Answer phone calls and emails while providing excellent customer service
Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups of mobility devices with our logistics team
Clean and prepare mobility devices for customer use
Maintain a tidy, welcoming showroom and workspace
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfort using computers and online order systems
Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment
Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Previous retail or healthcare equipment experience is an asset, but not required
