CityLux Boutique is a Canadian women\xe2\x80\x99s clothing company. We were founded in Vancouver in 2014 and are opening our second location in Toronto in May 2021. We specialize in outfits for every occasion. Whether it\xe2\x80\x99s for date night, a birthday, a stagette, baby shower, wedding or gala, we\xe2\x80\x99ve got styles for all occasions. Customer experience is everything to us and our goal is to be known as THE most helpful boutique. We always strive to go above and beyond with our service and leave our customers with that wow experience. Our key metric of success is not revenue. Instead we measure it by the percentage of returning customers because that means we\xe2\x80\x99ve nailed the experience, product and value. Being part of a small company means you\xe2\x80\x99re working right along side the owner and taking on many different responsibilities. No day will ever be the same! Here are some of the recurring responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, identifying their needs and helping them to find the perfect outfit

• Establishing a client base, keeping track of customer preferences and proactively contacting your own clients when new items arrive that fit their style

• Cashier responsibilities such as processing sales and exchanges

• Processing online orders, shipping packages at the local post office

• Various merchandising activities such as daily stock maintenance, stock receiving, stock processing, hanging clothes and floor changes.

• Product care such as hanging, folding and steaming

• Keeping the store clean such as vacuuming, removing garbage and taking out the recycling

• Helping to organize events such as photoshoots, collaborations with other companies and customer appreciation events

• Marketing tasks such as preparing product images and adding them to the website, creating graphics for social media

• Helping to write blogs or captions for social media posts

• Modelling products for website or social media from time to time

• Helping with basic bookkeeping such as expense tracking and filing

• Maintaining a professional appearance consistent with our established dress code and image guideline

Job Requirements

• Excellent English communication, second language is a bonus

• Previous experience in a sales capacity is requirement

• An ideal candidate would have experience in a customer success environment

• A sense of style that aligns with our brand

Schedule & Compensation

• We\xe2\x80\x99re open 7 days a week 362 days a year. Shifts can be scheduled during the day, evening, weekends and on holidays.

• Shifts are typically set two weeks in advance, but they can change last minute if needed

• Compensation is hourly and will vary based on experience. Range is between $15 to $20 per hour.

Part-time hours: 25-30 per week Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits:
