Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our amazing team!

Job Duties

Provide outstanding customer service Greet and engage with customers, answer questions Process payments, returns, exchanges Receive, merchandise, stock shelves and create displays Perform store openings and closings Describe the qualities of various comparable products Provide advice to customers and upsell Advise customers on use and care of specialized products Actively watch the activity of patrons for loss prevention Maintain clean and organized retail spaces, stock & restroom areas Sanitize high touch surfaces throughout the day Assist in the orientation and training of staff Assist with waste management and sustainability objectives Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales (asset) Knowledge of the English language is required POS and credit card terminal operation

Working Conditions

5 to 6 shifts per week 6-12 hours per shift No shifts start before 9:00am or finish after 10:00 pm hour unpaid lunch break Frequent exposure to noise and a regular flow of people Uniform must be purchased and worn at all times on shift

Compensation

Wages to commensurate with experience Staff perks including discounts, free tours and staff events Opportunity to work overtime in peak season (July/August)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
