Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering roles preferred
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to sell products effectively by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions

Must be able to work at Coquitlam and Guildford malls and be available 7 days per week from. 10 am to 7 pm.
