Retail Sales Associate
Job Description
Our store is looking for an outgoing and knowledgeable individual to fill the retail sales position. The ideal candidate will have an interest in fashion and be comfortable interacting with customers, as well as a positive attitude and outgoing personality. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for dealing directly with customers, processing all sales transactions, operating the cash register and taking extra initiative to generate sales.
Responsibilities:
Provide information to customers about products.
Use and process payments with the point of sale terminal on a daily basis, balancing at days end.
Provide customers with a personalized shopping experience.
Stock and merchandise products.
Confirm orders, and receive shipments.
Must be able to carry 25lbs, climb 3 step ladders, and able to get down on floor to fit customers As we are a sitting store.
Light cleaning duties.
Help out in office as needed.
must be willing to work every other Saturday.
NO evenings and Sundays, we are closed.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
