Red Wing purpose-built footwear has been at the spearhead of innovation in the standard of excellence for work boots around the world. We are currently looking for friendly, outgoing, and customer service driven individuals to join our team as sales associates.

We are looking for full-time or part-time sales associates and offer very competitive wages. Applicants with previous retail sales experience are preferred; however, training is available for the right candidate.

Preference will be given to applicants that possess the following skills:

Strong knowledge of basic computer skills

Possess the ability to converse with customers in order to elevate the in-store experience

Have a positive, outgoing and friendly attitude

Be able to work independently and take direction

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Flexible, Patient, Punctual, Dependable, Dedicated

All applicants must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities and Duties:

Customer Service and Sales: Greet customers, identify their needs, aid in suggesting suitable product and support sales in a professional manner; raise the customer experience level in the store

Support Duties and Responsibilities:

Store and sales floor maintenance. Generate sales and be active in retail sales. Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures.

Physical Demands:

Lifting 50 pounds, bending/squatting to lace shoes, overhead lifting, twisting, climbing a ladder, standing for long periods of time
