We're looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate who's passionate about putting the customer first and building a long-term career with the company.

What You'll Do

Greet and assist walk-in customers with product knowledge and professional recommendations. Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail space. Handle transactions accurately using our retail system. Support online and phone orders when needed. Learn and stay current on gear, duty apparel specs and regulations. Contribute ideas for improving store flow, social media promotions, and customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Assist in restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays. Light social media work

What We're Looking For

retail experience preferred. Professional, reliable, and team oriented. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Physically able to handle moderate lifting (boxes, inventory restocks). Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and counting stock. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn are essential. Available for full-time hours, including some Saturdays.

Compensation

$20.50-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience. Performance-based incentives and potential bonuses after probation. Full-time hours, initial contract with option to permanent hire after 3 months.
