Oyama Sausage Co is looking for a friendly, energetic individuals to work at our retail
Deli
in the Granville Island Public Market over the Christmas holiday season.Shifts would be 30 to 40 hours / week during the 2 weeks prior to Christmas (Dec 10 to Dec 24), as well as the week following (Dec 27 to Jan 2). There will also be some training shifts in early December.
This is a temporary position, so the role would end in January. However, the possibility of continuing on-call in the new year exists for interested individuals.
Duties include:
- Customer service
- Restocking products
- Pricing / labeling
- Cleaning
Food and cash handling experience an asset. Second language an asset. Store is fast paced; employees must have excellent customer service skills. This is a great place to work if you enjoy a high energy job. Granville Island is never boring!
Must be available to work on weekends.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
