Big Bear Trading Co. is hiring Sales Associates for the upcoming season! We are Banff's adventure lifestyle brand, located in beautiful Banff National Park. Location: Banff, AB

Schedule: Flexible Full-time hours available

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in finding the perfect products

Process sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately

Maintain knowledge of promotions, sales, and store policies

Keep the store organized, stocked, and inviting

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a fun and engaging atmosphere

Recommend merchandise based on customer needs and preferences

On Your Resume, We'll Be Looking For the Following Qualifications:

Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required

Reliable and able to work evenings and weekends

Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment

Ability to assess customer needs and provide helpful solutions

Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and moving throughout the sales floor
