Retail Sales Associate

Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Kiosk Staff to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience at our kiosk locations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for technical sales, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with inquiries about products and services. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. Utilize POS systems for cash handling and transaction processing efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk area to enhance customer experience. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and offering solutions promptly. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed during shifts. Communicate product information clearly and effectively to customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve kiosk performance.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in demonstrating products. Strong phone etiquette for handling inquiries or follow-ups as needed. Proven skills in cash handling and financial transactions are essential. Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a busy environment. Can handle customer rejections well Ok with standing through extended periods

starting $20 hr plus % commissions

Pay: $32,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
