Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating the store. Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Utilize basic math skills to process transactions accurately. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills

Strong retail sales experience, preferably in technology or related fields. Proficient in basic math for transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features. Knowledge of technical sales principles is a plus. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proven ability to sell products by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
