Job Description

NorDon Medical, a leading medical supply store based in Saskatoon, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full time , permanent position and is not intended for summer and/or gap year students . Paid training will be provided to the correct candidate. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will play an essential role in providing high-quality service and support to our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our store.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about medical supplies and products, including features, benefits, and usage instructions.
• Process sales transactions, handle returns/exchanges, and maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage customer service inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet store objectives and sales targets.
• Stay informed about new products, industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

The store hours are as follows:

Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm

Saturday: 10am to 4pm

Sunday and Holidays: Closed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
