We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, assisting them in selecting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Provide knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions. Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and manage cash handling duties. Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about new products and technology sales to better assist customers.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent organizational skills to maintain store presentation standards. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interaction. Proficiency in using POS systems is a plus. Ability to engage customers effectively and sell products confidently. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role. Please note: This is a very high speed and very customer oriented environment which requires you to be on your feet during work hours.
