About the Role

The Bumwrap is hiring a

full-time Retail Sales Associate

for someone who's not just looking for "a job," but a place to

Main Street and Lakeside Resort locations

Key Responsibilities

Deliver warm, welcoming, confidence-boosting customer experiences Assist with swimwear and apparel styling, fit guidance, and outfit building Build genuine customer relationships and support repeat clientele Work confidently at

both Main Street and Lakeside Resort locations - sometimes alone

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales floor Support daily operations, restocking, and visual presentation Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the team Show up consistently, prepared, and ready to contribute

Schedule & Availability

Full-time hours

Must be available for

weekdays and weekends

Must be able to work at

both Main Street and Lakeside locations

Consistent availability is required

Compensation & Growth

This position

starts at minimum wage

during training and the initial onboarding period.
