Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience. Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and sales processes.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus. Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling practices is essential. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrated organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about new products and services.
