Wilder's Consignment House has been in business for 8 years and is a highly recognized Luxury Consignment store in Calgary. We are seeking that perfect fit for our new Part Time person.

The Perfect Fit:

You love designer fashions like Chanel, Tiffany, Prada, Gucci, YSL, Louis Vuitton, David Yurman, Rolex, Chloe, Valentino and more. You're not easily frazzled and can multi-task and take your own initiative to get things done. You are passionate about working in retail and selling designer items, finding that perfect treasure for your customers. If you don't know something you look it up to find the answer. Your friends describe you as a natural salesperson who uses relationship building skills to sell. You notice details and recognize quality. You are an organizer.

The Fashionista:

You get excited about new instore items. You can select quality pieces that fit the style of the store from Consignors and gently turn away the balance. You protect the inventory, style the store and insist on cleanliness. You like to know who the customers are and their style preferences. You are reliable, punctual and honest. You dress well.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting products and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience. Intake new consignment pieces and select which best fit the store and return the balance to the consignor. Price consignment items based on most competitive data. Operate the POS system for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and sales reporting. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays. Utilize effective communication skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Demonstrate product knowledge and promote sales through engaging interactions with customers.

Required:

3 years minimum of Sales/Retail English language expert - written and spoken Computer skills at intermediate or higher level including email, text, POS systems, Word, Excel

Nice to Have:

Second Language Consignment Experience

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 32 per week
