About Sports Circuit

Sports Circuit is a growing sports retail business specializing in badminton, tennis, pickleball, and cricket equipment. We work closely with clubs, coaches, and players to support both recreational and competitive sports communities across the GTA.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and organized Retail Sales Associate to support in-store operations, inventory accuracy, online stock management, and sales development. This role combines retail execution with outbound sales and relationship management and includes clear sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales & Customer Engagement

Assist customers in-store with product selection and purchases Actively promote products and offers to drive sales Work toward individual and store-level sales targets Represent Sports Circuit professionally at partner clubs when required

Inventory & Stock Management

Ensure physical inventory aligns with inventory in the POS system Ensure physical stock matches availability shown on the website Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies Assist with receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory

Website & Online Accuracy

Regularly review the website to ensure product listings, pricing, and stock levels are accurate Flag errors or inconsistencies and coordinate fixes with management

Sales Outreach & Partnerships

Cold email, call, and direct message clubs, players, and coaches to generate leads Visit partner clubs to support sales and maintain relationships Help nurture ongoing relationships with clubs, coaches, and players Maintain basic records of outreach, follow-ups, and partnerships

Who We're Looking For

Comfortable speaking with customers, coaches, and business partners Organized and detail-oriented, especially with inventory and systems Confident with cold outreach via phone, email, and social media Sales-driven mindset and comfortable working toward targets Interest in sports is a strong asset (especially badminton, tennis, pickleball, or cricket) Prior retail or sales experience is an asset
