Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience. Stay informed about new products, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Experience

Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
