Position Overview

We're looking for

Sales Associates

who are knowledgeable, friendly, and customer-focused. As the face of The Cloud Lounge, you'll help customers find the right products, maintain a clean and inviting shop space, and ensure compliance with all regulations related to vape sales.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer preferences Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system Verify customer age and ensure compliance with all vape and tobacco regulations Maintain store cleanliness, restock shelves, and organize displays Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items Support daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

Must be

19 years of age or older

(required by law for vape sales) Strong customer service and communication skills Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required -- we'll train the right person Reliable, punctual, and responsible Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions Interest or experience in vaping products is a plus
