SALES ASSOCIATE - VAPE SHOP

You're not just here to stand behind a counter. You're the frontline legend. The vibe curator. The product guru. The reason people walk in curious and leave confident (and stocked up). If you're the kind of person who can balance chill energy with sharp execution -- we want you.

This is a

sales-forward, people-focused

role for someone who loves crushing goals, creating genuine connections, and knowing their stuff. You'll be repping the Fluid Vape brand -- with confidence, care, and maybe a bit of swagger.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Customer Engagement (aka Making People Feel Amazing):



Greet everyone who walks through the door within 20-30 seconds like they're your new favorite customer (because they might be). Card first. It's not just policy -- it's law. You keep it classy andcompliant. Deliver top-tier customer service that feels personal, helpful, and never pushy. Connect with customers in a way that builds real rapport -- and keeps them coming back. Actively bring in new customers while keeping our regulars loyal and happy.

Sales & Product Know-How (aka The Money-Maker Moves):



Ask smart questions to figure out what they reallyneed -- then match them with the perfect vape, juice, or accessory. Handle questions like a pro -- short, clear, and informative. Stay in-the-know about new products, trends, and what's hot in the vape world.

Daily Operations (aka Keeping It Running Smooth):



Ring up sales accurately and smoothly using the POS (no awkward fumbles). Stick to inventory rules -- what's in stock should always make sense. Keep the shop clean, organized, and looking fire -- daily cleaning checklist included. Handle returns with professionalism and clarity (no drama, no confusion).

Teamwork & Compliance (aka No Lone Wolves Here):



Communicate clearly with your teammates so the whole crew shines. Know and follow all Fluid Vape policies -- and stay current with provincial and federal laws. Support your team and elevate the customer experience -- always.

Continuous Improvement (aka Speak Up & Glow Up):

A fast thinker and smooth talker with the ability to upsell without being salesy. Curious and coachable -- you're down to learn and adapt fast. Responsible, reliable, and ready to take ownership of your role. Smooth operator -- on the POS Number wizard -- Accurate with transactions Leadership experience or previous management in retail or customer service is an asset -- we love people who think like owners.
