The primary task of a Sales Associate is to ensure that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience at the Prince Edward Island Preserve Company. The customer's first impression of our company is often made as he/she enters the Gift Shop door, so please welcome them with a warm smile, eye contact and greeting.

As a Sales Associate, you will be expected to:

Provide excellent customer service at all times by welcoming customers and assisting them with product choices. Keep the store tidy and clean and well-stocked. Professionally complete cash and card sales and payments Maintain a professional appearance Be well informed about products, store specials and events Communicate efficiently with colleagues and management Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor
