You will assist customers in finding the right products, demonstrate features, and promote upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Utilize technical sales skills to explain complex products clearly to customers. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. Handle customer transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling. Manage time effectively to ensure all customer needs are met promptly. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries via phone or email. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent time management skills, ensuring efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.
