Supervisor/Ordering experience will be considered an asset. This position requires attention to detail and organization skills.

```Duties```
- Assist customers in finding products and provide excellent customer service
- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

-Office administration

-Creating and placing orders

-Completing invoices

-Organizing special orders

```Qualifications```
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

-Experience with office administration

-Detail oriented

-Efficient skills with software

-Can work within timelines

-Have knowledge with small animals and reptiles, must be able to answer customers questions

-Must be receptive and doesn't mind taking direction

-Has to have patience, passion is core in the animal field
