Duties

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and maximize sales opportunities. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Create content and post to social media sites. Shifts at multiple locations

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficient cash handling skills with attention to detail in cashiering tasks. A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers find the right solutions. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
