We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, assisting customers with product selections, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to enhance customer understanding Utilize effective merchandising techniques to display products attractively Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are well-stocked and presented Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining excellent communication skills Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with technology sales and technical product knowledge is advantageous Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Proficiency in cash handling procedures and POS systems Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandising effectively Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated Strong phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone
