Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services. Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell products to enhance customer experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently through the cashiering process. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging displays. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Utilize technology effectively to process sales and manage inventory. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Uphold company policies and procedures regarding returns, exchanges, and customer service standards.

Skills

Proven experience in retail sales with a strong focus on customer service. Proficient cash handling skills with attention to detail. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, including the ability to explain product features clearly. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Ability to upsell products while maintaining genuine customer relationships. Effective communication skills to engage with customers and team members alike. Strong organizational skills to keep the sales area tidy and well-stocked.
