JOB TYPE: PART TIME, FULL TIME

Benjamin Moore- Tripps Paint & Decorating is looking for an experienced, qualified, hardworking, and friendly sales associate to join our busy store in Midland. We are an established Benjamin Moore retailer, specializing in paints, stains and and home renovation tools, products, and services.

As part of our team, your experience, skills, and responsibilities will include:

Experience in selling and mixing paint. Must have experience in a fast-paced work environment. Knowledge of interior design & wallpaper is an asset but not required. Must be comfortable with lifting paint cans/boxes and standing for extended periods of time. Organized, timely, and available to work evenings and weekends. Be comfortable assessing customer needs and advising the correct procedures and products for any given job with certainty and authority (training will be given). Be able to build friendly, lasing, trusting relationships with customers.
Training will be provided on paints, stains, home projects, and basic home renovation tools and techniques. We appreciate each applicant, but only those chosen for an interview will be contacted.
