Responsibilities



Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct product demos and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits and upselling where appropriate Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product organization Use effective communication skills to educate customers about products, promotions, and store policies Demonstrate proficiency in technology sales by explaining technical features and benefits of electronic devices or gadgets Uphold phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or via other communication channels Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods while maintaining organizational skills

Qualifications



Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required Strong communication skills Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math skills for handling transactions Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively explain technical features Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management Demonstrated ability to upsell products and enhance sales through persuasive communication Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or online A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
